Thoughts for Another Day

Today's verse: Ps. 69:5. O God, thou knowest my foolishness; and my sins are not hid from thee. (KJV)

How well He knows us and our every thought.   He is awesome and simply amazing our LORD and God who created us in His abundant wisdom and leads us on in our lives to live for Him. 

David says, 'even before I was formed in my mother's womb, You know the whole of me!'  Ps. 139:13-16.  God knows our very depths and how we are, which many times we ourselves do not know.  He has our record book open always before us and like our Scripture says today, He knows our foolishness and our sins are not hid from Him.  Our desires to sin are clear and known to Him.  But even our struggles against sin are before Him and known to Him rather clearly.  He is from age to age the ruler of our hearts and the Master of our being.

He knows how foolish we are in our inmost beings and how prone to fall we are and therefore for the sake of His glorious Name He comes to us and picks us up from the morass we're stuck in and He lends us His strength to rise and walk aright before Him.  O praise Him all you citizens of earth and all glory to His Name.
