Thoughts for another day

Today's verse: 2 Ch. 16:9. For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him. (KJV)
(Pls. read the above before you read further. Thanks)
Two days ago, I recd. a mail from a friend who also receives this reflection saying that he narrowly missed an accident; and he was full of praise for God who stationed His angels between him and death. I wrote back and gave the above Scripture because I know the meaning of this Scripture. For me it’s been a personal experience when in a matter of just five months, I met with three accidents involving my two-wheeler with only the first one being a little severe that I couldn’t walk straight for a while.
How I love my God who utters this Word to us as a massive comfort; for we know of the perils that face us in our day to day living. There are so many dangers out there, accidents galore because of the stupidities of people or our own carelessness. Yet, I know His eyes are roaming the earth and riveting them on us to show His strength at the point of our weaknesses. Oh, how good to have an Almighty God as our guard for mind you, there’s nothing that escapes His eye and His knowledge covers all.
When we stand in perfection of His will, I know there’s no peril that can touch us. No bullet can have enough bite to sting us. No fall can put us down. Nothing can scare us or our lives away from us for He, the Almighty is there. When the Egyptians chased the Israelites, God’s cloud moved from ahead to between the Israelites and the Egyptians such that they couldn’t get near the Israelites. Amazing is our God and amazing is His work among us. Never fear my friend for He is always with us even to the end of the age - He has said this clearly and He wants to be with us. Just trust Him completely and depend on His strength; you’ll go a long way for sure.
