Today's verse: Ps. 25:14. The secret of the LORD is with them that fear him; and he will show them his covenant. (KJV)
(Pls. read the above before you read further. Thanks)
Scripture reveals the very basics of God and those with perceptive eyes can understand the deep things of God in looking through Scripture, prodded on by the Holy Spirit in being able to understand with their hearts and reconcile with their minds the profundity of Him Who is God Most High.
Those who fear God have read Scripture and come to know Him. They understand His holiness and brilliance and know that He is far, far great and holy than anything known to them and also that He is worthy of all honor and power and glory that man can give, even all day and night; for He is truly worthy and a magnificent and majestic God, far above all dominion and power. His greatness accords to them His children, His glory which He shines on them and the eternal rays of His light too rest on them so that they're able to understand His inner secrets. For surely He confides to them and makes known the future in some way or other; don't we remember how He said concerning Abraham in Gen. 18:17, 'Shall I hide from Abraham what I am about to do?'
Well, blessed are those who fear the Lord, for He reveals to them His covenant; His many promises He made to the men of old, they of Israel, which also He has said in His Word; and He brings it alive before men who revere Him and seek His Face. God connects to them that fear Him and kindles in them, knowledge of Him as well as knowledge of His will concerning their lives and also His will and charge of the world. God brings about to pass, that which He reveals and thereby they're exalted in the world as God's chosen ones; and they, in addition to walking in God's light also shine their lights before the world, bringing His peace to the nations. They also heal the world with His Word and bring every person, His holy message of Good News, His salvation. So that the fragrant aroma of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, percolates even, to the uttermost parts of the earth.
