Thoughts for another day

Today's verse: Is. 7:9b. If you do not stand firm in your faith, you will not stand at all.’ (KJV)
(Pls. read the above before you read further. Thanks)
Faith, the formative word in God's language is the most powerful weapon given to man to move His hand. For in faith lies our solution who otherwise are quite helpless and don't have recourse to the power of God, yes not even the power to live. And faith is the proof of all that we've hoped and prayed for and the evidence for that which is unseen yet. (Heb. 11:1)
Jesus clearly said, 'let it be done to you according to your faith' (Mt. 9:29) and truly Jesus knew what He was saying for He is the Son of God, the One who knows the mind of the Father better than anyone else. Why is faith so important in getting God to work for us? Because when we keep faith in God and do not move without it, we're according the highest honor to God. Without seeing Him, without even sensing His presence sometimes, we yet believe in what He says which means we believe in Him even if we don't see Him and that's pleasing to God, for He loves it that way. And when we believe that He will do the impossible for us, we're accepting all His glory and power to be only His, which of course is still more pleasing to Him.
Remember, when we sit in prayer and our whole sense is filled with the Awesome God and we glorify Him with our hearts, it's an awesome worship of Him for Whom all things are possible and we can only do it when emboldened in faith. And this faith allows us to fly above all our weaknesses and rely on Him to loose us from the difficulties besetting us. Our living in constant faith in Him despite the adversities life throws at us shows a bold and brave outlook in our character; a character formed on the knowledge of the existence of God and the more firm this character, the firmer will we stand, no matter if everything around is falling to bits.
