Thoughts for another day

Today's verse: 1 Sm. 17:47. And all this assembly shall know that the LORD saveth not with sword and spear: for the battle is the LORD'S, and he will give you into our hands. (KJV)

For another day let us in His Presence come and recognize Him as the LORD our God who is all-powerful and all knowing.  He is everywhere and nothing is hid from Him as there is nothing that can be hid from Him since His Presence permeates every corner of the earth. Truly awesome and wonderful is His Name which we can herald as the Highest Name on earth for tell me is there anyone who is Higher than the Most High? 

There are many who worship Him in the earth; yet there are many who are opposed to Him.  They are the ones who know Him not and move in His earth breathing the air He provides and eating the things He gives and do not credit Him with the fact that the very lives they lead are given by Him.  They are completely oblivious of the fact that with a word they can be destroyed, but yet, they rebel against the God of all the earth.  And He watches, patiently.

Then there are those who are devoted to Him.  They trust Him with everything incl. their lives and they live by His Grace day by day.  He shows Himself to them, because He is touched by their faithfulness which He has given them Himself, yet the fact that they accept it and accept Him are great before His sight.  He speaks His Word on their behalf working mighty miracles for them even as they wait upon Him and welcome His blessings.  He is the pivot of their lives forming the very atmosphere they live in.  To them the LORD God sends His saving Grace.  Every problem they have is His and whatever battle they face in their lives is His battle. He surrenders their enemy into their hands to be annihilated.  Upon His children none dare cast an evil eye for His eye roams upon them.  And when their time has come to exit this world, He comes to them and welcomes them into the next where they will joy in Him and praise Him all their lives.  This is His guarantee for you who worship and adore Him and are devoted to Him whole-heartedly.
