Thoughts for another day

Today's verse: Rev. 14:7. Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters. (KJV)

Then the nations will stand before Him and we who served Him will be glad to face Him. We will behold His brilliant countenance and rejoice in His brilliance marveling at His Awesome splendor; and we will joy in the knowledge that we are face to face with our Savior and God. And Jesus Himself will look at us and say, come faithful servant unto the abode I've prepared for you in My Father's home, for you never hesitated to talk about me to everyone and you held your life as no consequence when it came to choosing between Me and the world. What joy shall fill our hearts, for we had seen Jesus on earth, but now behold His awesome glory that can belong only to Him, the One True God of the universe and all that is.

And we will see the nations who refused to accept Him heaping scorn on His Name. We shall look at them who derided Him and shamed Him and sullied His blessed Name among peoples of the world. A silence shall be on their lips as they are seized with fear of the Splendorous One and then they'll realize the foolishness they did in worshipping idols of stone and wood which gave them no gain, rather it has rendered them speechless and forlorn in the assembly.

Then shall they remember the saying which the saints had preached, 'Live by the Name of Jesus and accept His redeeming sacrifice'. They shall recall the saying, 'Every knee shall bow and every tongue shall confess that Jesus Christ is Lord and they shall also bring to mind their own desire to worship Him. They shall fall before the just Judge, the Maker of Heaven and earth. The God of Abraham, the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob and really know Him as the only, the only Master and Owner of the universe. Their chants to the glory of His Name shall not be muted and what our Scripture says today will be obeyed as every creature on earth will now worship the God of Heaven bringing glory to His Name as a fruit of their lips and they'll know Him as the only GOD of the whole creation even as they fall before His Majesty and plead their case before the just Judge.
