Thoughts for another day

Today's verse: Ps. 45:17. I will make thy name to be remembered in all generations: therefore shall the people praise thee for ever and ever. (KJV)
(Pls. read the above before you read further. Thanks)
This psalm by Korah is an ode to the King of all generations – Jesus Christ Himself, the LORD of all creation and through whom all things were created. He is the One who was sent by the Father as a sacrificial lamb so that men, though cursed to die will yet live. That they who live in darkness will find light and rejoice in the Kingdom of the Holy One.
Jesus came to earth in the poorest manner as it were, yet He never complained. In the annals of living history, Jesus was the only One who could choose where to be born and He chose to be born in a trough used to feed cattle, dirty as it was. And in the midst of cattle and hay, whose smell of course is something I’d run away from, but I can never forget that my LORD; my God was born there. That is why today, all people can go to Him, no matter how poor they are. When He lived on earth, He mingled with the sinners and the poor. For in them He saw the abandoned children of Eve.
Upon being told that He was with sinners, He replied strongly saying, ‘Those who are well, don’t need a doctor; those who are sick, do!’ He added saying, ‘I have not come to call the righteous, but the sinners!’ That was it, our God Himself approached sinners and this is because He knows the pain that a sinner goes through. No one sins, except he has a situation of challenge which he is not able to stamp out and his sinning acts goes on till he becomes a slave of it. But Jesus can help, no matter how far gone we are in sin. His Grace will come as a streak of light, lighting our lives and shutting out the darkness within if we but send our appeal to Him. So therefore, I laud Him, the Lamb of God and like Korah I’ll say, ‘Your Name will be remembered always through all generations and the people, Your people will praise and worship You forever, for You are worthy of all Praise, Glory and Honor and total worship…You alone and none else.
